| Prayer Leaders Role |
| What is the Role of the Prayer Leader? |
The prayer team leader will be responsible for one of the Prayer
Boxes in the community. The leader will have a responsibility to
ensure that he leads the weekly prayer meeting at the business'
location. This role includes overseeing the prayer meeting itself
while giving specific direction and guidance on how the meeting
is facilitated.
Additional Prayer Leader Responsibilities Include:
- Develop a Prayer Team
- Coordinate the time of the weekly meeting with the owner
- Disciple and encourage the Business Owner as needed
- Supply the Business Owner with Bibles, tracts, prayer
forms and any additional materials needed. - Open and close the Prayer Meeting
- Work side by side the Business Owner as needs arise.
- Network with and Evangelize to other Business Owners in
surrounding area - Extend invitation for other Business Owners to join the
ministry - Ensure the box is cleaned each week from graffiti and dirt
- Refill Prayer Request forms weekly or as needed.
